The applicant has also proposed a new site-specific Urban Residential 1 (UR1) Zone that would apply to and provide regulations for single detached dwelling lots on a plan of condominium. Other zoning amendments include minor zone changes, the removal of holding provisions and addition of flood proofing regulations that would apply to lots located in the flood fringe.
